Alexander McQueen

Late designer Alexander McQueen‘s signature skull motif definitely has stolen a spot in my shoe closet ­with these edgy, display-worthy olive suede peep toes from the spring 2012 collection.

The golden metal skull—set with rhinestone eyes, teeth and a Mohawk— is a serious adornment that adds a rebellious kick. Its 5.5″ heel and 1″ double platform make it a 4.5″ height equivalent (although I’m sure my podiatrist would disagree).

Always a rebel … it’s so ghoulishly girly and so dangerously fun.
