Comfy, stylish and edgy – a chic take on the bootie. I wasn’t looking to fall in love with this shoe, it just sort of … happened. The color is smog, yet it’s a rich, dark, beautiful brown color with perhaps an underlying purple note. The open toe bootie by Pedro Garcia is fabulous and will easily transition with the seasons. Soft suede with angular panels and top stitching sit atop a hidden 1″ comfy, cork platform and 4.5″ suede covered heel. There’s an adjustable slingback strap with velcro closure. This open toe bootie style, which runs a half size small, was offered in textured black leather, which would typically be my first choice, however, this suede version is elegant and simply stunning. The quality and craftsmanship is unparalleled. I will definitely be keeping my eye on this quality brand for other future styles.
